What is Chiropractic?
A profession in the healing arts attentive to the integration of body function, especially in the areas of the spine, neurological function, nutrition, muscular system, blood flow and the environment. The field focuses particular attention to the health relationship between the structure and function, most specifically the spinal column and nervous system.
What is an adjustment?
A skilled mode of treatment, performed by a chiropractor, directed at a specific joint and/or soft tissue in a specific manner. This can be applied by hand or instrument.
What is a subluxation?
An altered state of normal function, anatomical and physiological relationship of adjacent joints.
